Thanksgiving 2008

We greatly enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday this year! My sister, Erin, and her sweet family celebrated with us for two days. Ryan had so much fun with his cousins, he cried when they left and asked to go with them! Thursday we ate and ATE some more, watched the Cowboys win, went for walks, and in the evening we loaded everyone up and went to downtown Fayetteville to see the light display.
Cousin love:
"OK, that's a little too much love":
Mashed potato king:
Oreo turkeys...yum:
Friday morning we went to the Wild Wilderness Safari. There were not as many animals out to interact with, but the drive-though part made up for it! The kids didn't know what to think!

Thanks Pettit family for spending your holiday with us...we loved it!
And now that Thanksgiving is over we are diving right in to the Christmas season! It is going to be busy and fun! The house is almost decorated and we had our first snow this past weekend! Might be a good sign that it is starting so early! David and I are headed to FL on Friday for his company Christmas party. Then we are right back home for more Christmas parties and fun! Stay tuned!
