Quotable Kid

Ryan used a few phrases last week that he has picked up from me. We thought they were cute!

Me: "Ryan would you like to split a banana with me?"
Ryan: "Sure, I'd love to split a banana with you."

Me: "Ryan it's time to get ready for bed."
Ryan: "No, I don't want to."
Daddy: "Ryan you need to obey Mommy. What do you say?"
Ryan: "Yes, Mommy, (then after a long pause) I'm ok with that."

Yesterday morning we woke up to a dusting of snow. Obviously that resulted in extreme delight from David and Ryan (well, especially David). David was holding Ryan and they were looking out the back windows and when they were done David plopped Ryan down on the chair....

Ryan: "Daddy, be gentle with me."
