We had such a fun time this year for Halloween. Ryan started to understand what you do...dress up, get candy, play games, etc. so he greatly enjoyed it! He's not a sweet tooth kind of guy so the candy did excite him, but he was thrilled to get things like stickers and play-doh! And seeing his bucket filling up was very exciting for him!We started out the festivities with some friends at the Goblin Parade in downtown Rogers. The kids trick or treat in a parade at the local businesses. We opted out of being part of the massive parade and instead visited about half of the business. David's office is very close to downtown so after about an hour Ryan and I walked over to see him.
Next we headed to church for our Fall Festival filled with chili dogs, games, and prizes. Ryan enjoyed playing the games and all of the little prizes he won. Once that was over we headed home to hand out candy. Ryan quickly caught on to what was going on so we let him go to a couple of our neighbors houses. He was the cutest thing knocking on the doors and saying "trick or treat!" After about 4 houses we decided to go home and call it a night. As we were walking up the driveway Ryan said, "I wanna go more treating."
