Workout till you drop!

That is just what I did at the Body & Soul Workshop a few weeks ago...and it was SO MUCH FUN!! Here is a glimpse of my schedule:

Tuesday - Drive 6 1/2 hours to Longview, TX to leave Ryan with grandparents

Wednesday - fun day with Grandpa, Mimi, & Aunt Sis

Thursday - Wake up at 4am to get ready & to the airport for my 6:40am flight (Tyler to Houston to Sacramento). Arrive in CA at 11am (please note that this is 11am PDT, 1pm CDT!). Meet up with other AR instructors, get two rental cars, drive to Roseville, find some place to eat lunch, check into our hotel, change into workout clothes, & drive to the church.

THEN...attend the Cardio Kickboxing session, followed by the Boot Camp session, eat a salad dinner (hello, greasy hamburger please), and end the night with Dance Blast. Each session had a short lecture followed by about an hour workout session. I think I was gone by the time the Dance Blast started! Luckily we were in bed by 10pm (remember I'm still in PDT time).

Friday - get to the church at 8am to hear about all the exciting rebranding and reveal the new B&S logo (so we got to sit for about 45 mins). Then we spent 3 hours learning the new cardio/strength routines, directly followed by a pilates session. Eat lunch, shop for new logowear. Then we had 2 hours of Power Strength and 2 hours of Basic & Beyond. THEN, we went to a BBQ & fellowship time at someone's house (all 45+ of us). We had a few minutes this night to hit the hot tub at the hotel which was nice.

Saturday - NO EXERCISING TODAY!! I missed out on most of the activities since my flight left early, but was able to be there for the Date with God session and Spiritual Sharing.

I managed to get back to Longview at 10pm...without my suitcase. :(

Sunday - Wake up to Ryan's look of awe that I'm back and then make the long drive home together. We arrived late afternoon to a clean house and a steak dinner!!

Monday - my suitcase arrived at 1am!!!!!!!!!!

And I would do it all over again! Enjoy some pictures...sweat and all!
